BHE Agricultural Contractors have been installing fences around Hob Stone Development recently. Simon who owns BHE is also the owner of cattle who graze the Moor in the summer, and will update his Facebook page with news about the cattle.

The “Presence on the Moor” scheduled for March 25 between 10am – 12noon (listed in the Autumn newsletter) has been postponed. We will post a new date when it is decided.

Sunday 4th Dec 6pm: Hob Moor Dog Walkers get together for Christmas drinks at The Cross Keys Tadcaster Rd.

In the December issue of Local Link, Hob Moor is featured in a Treasure Hunt “Moor to Life,” which is a guided walk from the Knavesmire to Hob Moor. It can be found on pages 24 – 25.

On Saturday 12th 9 members did a litter pick on Hob Moor and collected 6 large black bin liners worth of rubbish. Thanks to city council for collecting them at various entrances.
